Meeting with Josep Palau and Arturo Jimenez Martinez from Conde de Benalúa, Cooperative of olive oil professionals located in Benalúa de las Villas (Granada) to talk about innovation and technology in quality control in olive oil. We have collected the Cooperative’s needs in order to improve the QC, and at the same time laid the foundations for future collaborations related to the SUSTAIBABLE project.
